12月25日讯《每日邮报》报道，曼联一线队厨师长奥马尔-梅兹亚内离开了俱乐部，加入F1的迈凯伦车队当厨师。

梅兹亚内在两年前加入曼联，此前他曾担任英格兰足球队和英格兰板球队的厨师长。据介绍，他主要在卡灵顿基地工作，深受曼联一线队队员的欢迎。

在为球员们提供更丰富的菜单和定制营养计划方面，梅兹亚内功不可没。在旅行和巡回赛期间，他也会悉心为球员的餐食加入当地美食，让队员们感受当地文化。

每次客场比赛，梅兹亚内都会在三位副厨师之一的陪同下前往现场，而且总是提前一天出发，以确保球队酒店的食物符合标准。
